ECOMMERCE ENGINEERING · ON CALL MON–SUN
When your store breaks, we’re the engineers you call.
Orders stuck in pending payment. An update that took the site down. Product pages that crawl on a phone. That’s the ecommerce engineering we do, on WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and OpenCart.

Senior only
A senior engineer takes your ticket and keeps it. No juniors, no handoffs.
No lock-in
Month to month. Pause or cancel whenever. Everything we do is documented, so it stays yours.
From the field
One real fix, written up the way we write up all of them.
No invented dashboards. This is the shape of every job: symptom, root cause, fix, outcome. You get it in writing and it’s yours to keep.
Revenue down 14% over six weeks. Checkout “looked fine” from the front end. Orders kept landing in pending payment and stopping there.
A shipping plugin was changing the order status before the payment redirect finished. When the gateway called back, it found a status it wouldn’t touch, so it walked away.
We moved the status change behind the gateway callback. A reconciliation job now re-checks the gateway for anything sitting in pending longer than 15 minutes.
The payment redirect works again. Failed orders are no longer recorded as paid, and this kind of failure now raises an alert within 30 minutes instead of six weeks.
What we do
Three jobs. Done properly.
We don’t do everything, on purpose. We rescue broken stores, build what’s missing, and make slow ones fast. It’s ecommerce engineering, not marketing.

An engineer investigates
A senior engineer opens your store the same day. Not a salesperson.
You get a written diagnosis
What broke, what it’s costing you, and a fixed-scope plan. Plain language. Free.
We ship the fix
Built, tested on staging, deployed, then watched. And written down.
Field notes
Real incidents, written up.
Postmortems, plugin conflicts, incident timelines. We publish what we hit in production so you can judge the work before you hire anyone.

Who does the work
Engineers, not account managers.
You talk to the people writing the code. In Slack, in the diagnosis, in the postmortem afterwards.
A lead engineer owns your store
One senior engineer keeps the whole picture: your stack, your history, what matters this quarter. You never explain it twice.
Specialists join when needed
Payments, performance, infrastructure, accessibility. We bring one in when the diagnosis calls for it, and you don’t pay for them by default.
A growth engineer for the revenue side
Technical CRO, analytics, automation. Built and measured on your store, not presented in a deck.
Pricing
Start small. Prove it. Then scale.
Nobody hands a stranger their store on day one, and you shouldn’t either. So the first two steps cost you almost nothing, and every plan is refundable in month one.

Request dispatchMonth one is refundableIf the first month doesn’t earn its place, say so and we refund it. No forms, no exit interview.
You own everythingCode in your repository, servers in your name, documentation you keep. Leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.
No contractsMonth to month. Pause through a quiet season and come back when you need us.
One thing we won’t do is promise every discipline inside one retainer. If a job needs more hours than the plan holds, we say so up front and quote it as a project. Bigger stores and multi-site groups are priced after the audit.
Questions
Asked before every engagement.
How fast do you actually respond?
Critical incidents get a first reply from a senior engineer in under 2 hours, Mon–Sun. Everything else, one business day. On emergency work the clock starts the moment your form lands, not when someone gets to the inbox.
Which platforms do you cover?
WooCommerce and Shopify every day. Magento, OpenCart and custom or headless stacks come in as longer ecommerce engineering work. If it takes payments, we can almost certainly work on it.
What happens in the free triage?
A senior engineer goes through the store, checks the places these things usually break, and writes back: what we see, how serious it is, what we’d do about it. No call needed, no obligation.
Do you replace our developer or agency?
Usually not. We work next to your team and take the jobs that put production at risk: payments, performance, migrations. Every change comes back documented and reviewed.
Are there contracts or lock-in?
No. Plans run month to month and you can pause or cancel any month. Emergency work is one-off, with a fixed quote before we start. Everything we change is documented, so any team can pick it up after us.
