About
The ecommerce engineering team you call when it breaks.
Most stores don’t need another marketing agency. They need someone who will read a stack trace at 11pm, find the leak, fix it properly and write down what happened. That’s the job we took.
Why we exist
This came out of bad nights, not pitch decks.
We kept walking into the same store. Money leaking somewhere in checkout. The agency blaming the developer, the developer blaming the host, and nobody opening the orders table to look. So we built the ecommerce engineering team we wanted to call on those nights: senior people who triage first, tell you honestly what’s wrong, then fix the thing that’s actually broken.
The command-center look is just personality. The engineering underneath it is what you’re paying for.
Principles
Four rules we don’t bend.
Diagnosis before invoice
You get our written read on the problem before you pay us anything. If this isn’t our kind of work, we say so and point you at someone who does it better.
Senior only
Your live store is not a training ground. A senior engineer writes or reviews every change, tests it on staging, and ships it with a way back.
Write everything down
Incidents end in a postmortem. Projects end in a handover doc. The code, the access and the knowledge stay with you, not with us.
No lock-in, ever
Month-to-month plans. Documented systems. Everything exportable. We’d rather you re-hire us than be stuck with us.
How we work
Boring tools, used properly.
A shared Slack channel. Version control on everything. Staging before production, monitoring after deploy, and a short written note each week on what changed and what’s next. Nothing clever. It’s how a small ecommerce engineering team keeps surprises rare, and it beats a dashboard that only looks like work.
What we are not
We’re not a full-service marketing agency.
We don’t run your ad accounts or write your social posts. When you already have people doing that, we sit next to them and take the part nobody else wants — the engineering that decides whether the traffic you paid for turns into orders. An ecommerce engineering team is the whole of what we are. That’s deliberate.
Talk to an engineer
Show us the store. We’ll tell you what we see.
Send the URL. A senior engineer reads it and comes back to you within two hours. It’s free, and there’s no call to sit through.
