Service / Emergency
WooCommerce emergency support. A reply in under two hours, any day.
Your store is down, or checkout has gone blank, or every card is being declined. Send us what you know and a senior WooCommerce engineer reads it, seven days a week, with a reply in under two hours. Diagnosis costs nothing. You get a fixed quote before any billable work starts.
Symptoms
If your store can’t take money, it’s an emergency.
- A blank white page since the last plugin or WordPress update
- Checkout loads, then every order sticks in pending payment
- Your gateway started declining every card an hour ago
- The store times out as soon as traffic climbs
- Google flags the site, or visitors land on spam redirects
- You can’t get into wp-admin after an auto-update failed
What we do
Stabilize first. Diagnose after. Fix once.
An outage is the worst possible time to experiment on a live store. We read debug.log and the gateway’s transaction log before we touch anything, take a fresh backup, then pick the fastest safe way back to taking orders. Usually that’s a rollback. Sometimes it’s one targeted patch. Root cause work comes once the money is moving again, not instead of it.
Back online first
- White screens & fatal errors traced to the line
- Rollback from a backup we’ve verified
- Hosting, PHP & DNS checked, not assumed
- A holding page up in minutes if we need one
Checkout & payments working again
- Gateway errors & webhooks that never arrived
- Orders stuck in pending payment, or charged twice
- Cart, session & cache conflicts
- Real test transactions before we call it fixed
Hacks & traffic collapse
- Malware removed, WordPress core reinstalled clean
- Passwords & keys rotated, every account audited
- Stores buckling under a traffic spike
- Hardening afterwards so it doesn’t happen twice
How an incident runs
Four steps. Every one of them in writing.
Report
Tell us what broke and roughly when it started. A senior engineer reads it, not a dispatcher, and replies in under two hours, Mon–Sun.
Stabilize
Orders come first, elegance later. We take the fastest safe route back to a working checkout, usually a rollback from a verified backup.
Root cause
Once you’re taking orders again, we find out why it broke: the bad update, the plugin conflict, the compromised login. Then you get a fixed quote for the real fix.
Postmortem
You get the whole incident written down: what happened, what we changed, and what keeps it from happening again.
From the field
A plugin update on a Friday night left checkout white-screening. Product pages still loaded, so the store looked healthy from the outside. Every attempt to pay returned a blank page, right through the weekend.
The updated payments plugin needed a newer PHP version than the server was running. The fatal error only fired on the checkout template, which is why every other page looked normal.
We rolled back from a verified backup. Checkout was taking orders again 30 minutes after the report came in. The PHP upgrade and the plugin update went through staging and shipped properly the week after.
Questions
What store owners ask us first.
What does emergency work cost?
Emergency work starts at $500 per incident. Diagnosis itself is free. Once we know what’s broken you get a fixed quote, and nothing billable starts until you accept it. If the fix turns out to be small, the quote says so.
How fast do you actually respond?
A senior engineer replies in under 2 hours, Monday to Sunday. No autoresponder, no tier-one script. The person who answers you is the person who works on your store.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that stops money reaching you. The store is offline, the screen is white, checkout or payments are failing, you’ve been hacked, or the site is folding under peak traffic. If you’re not sure it needs WooCommerce emergency support, report it anyway. Triage is free either way.
Do we need to be an existing client?
No. Most WooCommerce emergency support calls come from stores we’ve never seen. We ask for admin and hosting access, take a backup before we change anything, and work from there. There’s no lock-in afterwards.
What happens after the fix?
You get a post-incident report: timeline, root cause, what we changed, and how to stop a repeat. If ongoing cover makes sense after that, monitoring starts at $595/month — see plans. The report is yours either way, with no lock-in.
