Service / WooCommerce

WooCommerce support from senior engineers who read the code.

Something on your store is off and nobody can tell you why. We watch it, keep it patched, fix what breaks and build the small things you keep putting off. Senior engineers do the work, and every change is written down so you can read it later.

Symptoms

The calls we get.

What we do

We start in the order table, not in a ticket queue.

The bug is almost never where you see it. A “checkout bug” usually turns out to be a gateway callback that never came back, a race on the order status, or two plugins both hooking woocommerce_thankyou and stepping on each other. So we read the code and the database, find what actually went wrong, and fix that. Then we tell you what it was.

Keep it running

  • Alerts on uptime, errors & the order flow itself
  • Core, theme & plugin updates, staged before they go live
  • Backups we restore on purpose, to prove they work
  • Hardening, before someone else finds the hole

Fix what breaks

  • Checkout & payment failures, first
  • Plugin conflicts, isolated one at a time
  • Orders stuck in the wrong status & emails that never send
  • A written cause at the end, not a quick patch

Improve it monthly

  • Small features & the UX fixes you keep postponing
  • Speed work, Core Web Vitals included
  • Keeping the integrations alive (ERP, feeds, APIs)
  • A written note every week, in plain language

CASE FILE · WOOCOMMERCE SUPPORT INTAKE STATUS: RESOLVED
SYMPTOM

Order emails weren’t arriving. Everyone blamed the email plugin, and week by week refund requests kept climbing.

ROOT CAUSE

The cache was handing guests a checkout page built for a logged-in shopper. Confirmations then fired against the wrong sessions, so customers received each other’s order emails.

OUTCOME

We rewrote the cache exclusions and fixed the session handling. A test now walks the guest checkout every 15 minutes and wakes us up if it fails.

Questions

WooCommerce support, asked and answered.

What does WooCommerce support cost?

Monitor is $595/month. Dedicated engineering capacity is $1,950/month. If you just have one fire, a one-off emergency starts at $500 per incident, and we quote a fixed price after the free diagnosis. The plans page has the rest.

How fast do you respond to a broken store?

Checkout down, payments failing, site offline: a senior engineer sends the first reply in under 2 hours, seven days a week. You get someone who can read the log, not a ticket number.

Can you work with our existing developer or agency?

Yes, and most of the time that is how it goes. We take the work that can take production down: payments, upgrades, performance. Your team gets the changes back documented and reviewed, so they can carry on maintaining the store without us in the loop.

Do you support WooCommerce subscriptions, bookings and B2B setups?

Yes. Renewals that quietly stop charging, double-booked slots and B2B pricing rules that apply to the wrong customer group are some of the most common things we debug. They’re also where money leaks for months before anyone notices.

What if you look at the store and it’s fine?

Then the triage note says so and you pay nothing. Diagnosis comes before the invoice. That is a rule we don’t break, even when it costs us the job.
